Most of our standard furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. For oversized items or white-glove delivery services, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Chateau ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we pride ourselves on ethical craftsmanship. All of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with non-toxic, eco-friendly stains.
